The following lists ISVR Sponsored and Affiliated Conferences. ISVR members will receive discounted registration at these events. Attendees at 2009 affiliated conferences will be offered a complimentary ISVR membership for 2009-2010.

ISVR Sponsored Conferences

The following are the main ISVR Conferences. Both are 3-4 day events and are held in alternate years.

ICDVRAT 2010International Conference Series on Disability, Virtual Reality, and Associated Technologies

  • ICDVRAT has been held biennially since 1996;
  • the 8th ICDVRAT will be held in Vina del Mar / Valparaiso, Chile in September 2010

International Conference on Virtual Rehabilitation (ICVR) Series

  • Virtual Rehabilitation (formerly International Workshop on Virtual Rehabilitation) has been held annually since 2002. From 2009, ICVR will be held on a biennial basis.
  • ICVR 2011 will be held in Zurich, Switzerland in conjunction with the IEEE ICORR 2011 Conference

Affiliated Conferences

ArtAbilitation

  • ArtAbilitation was inaugurated in 2006. ArtAbilitation will next be held with ICDVRAT in Vina del Mar / Valparaiso, Chile in September 2010.

Laval Virtual 2010

  • Laval VRIC has been held since 1999. In 2010, there will be a special Symposium on Virtual Humans in Psychological Science and Therapy. IVRS members will be given a discounts at both Laval 2009 and Laval 2010.
